All of our patterns are digital PDF downloads, meaning there’s no physical product to ship. Because of the nature of digital items, we do not offer returns or refunds on any downloaded patterns. Once you’ve made a purchase, the pattern is yours to keep forever—just like your favorite knitting needles!
