This scrunchie is great for the holiday season and makes such a great matching piece for winter walkies with your bestie – or it can be knit in any other colour combo.

This scrunchie is beginner friendly, knit in the round, with very simple stitches and cute bobbles.

The sample is knit in my stash colours, but play around with colour combinations or use as a stash buster or scrappy project – it was originally intended as a Christmas knit!

Techniques:
-long tail cast on
-decreasing
-knitting in the round
-bobbles
-jogless join

Sizing:
One size. You can make the scrunchie larger and have more ‘scrunch’ to it by casting on more stitches or continuing for more rounds by adding another repeat of the pattern.

Yarn:
Dk weight (really you can use any weight)
This is an estimate, the final yardage will vary based on your yarn choice and tension.
